Our process

We will follow the following process to deliver you a professional appearing and functioning web site:

Stage 1:  Developing Scope of Work

We talk with you about your needs until we are sure we understand them.  We will explain more about what is possible and answer your questions.  Upon both sides reaching agreement, twenty-five percent of the fee will paid by the client.

Stage 2:  The Design

Web site will be established either using the customer’s current domain name/hosting or we will set it up.  1SharpImage will install the Joomla structure and begin designing the look and feel of the site.  The customer will be asked to visit the site to review the design.  When the customer is happy with the design, the project will move to the next stage.

Stage 3:  Building

The web designer will now work on installing any special features required by the customer.  The customer will submit any text they want to appear on the site.  In the absence of customer input, 1SharpImage will provide appropriate wording for the pages of the site.

Stage 4:  Finishing Touches

Final data, text, photos will be loaded and place on the site.  Once you feel the site meets your expectations, the job will be considered finished and final payment will be due.

Note:

It is important for the customer to know that a web is never really finished.  There are always ways to improve or update a site.  As the customer learns more about websites through this process, their expectations will rise from when we first sit down.  Our goal is to meet or exceed the original expectations of our customer.  Unfortunately, we have to have closure within a reasonable time of starting the project.
